Shipping and packaging:
No retail box included in the shipment. Handle has its own manufacture plastic wrap. Brush head is sealed. Charger is new, and if it comes with an EU/US adapter, the adapter is new too.
The handle is kind of sensitive so the light may get turned on by itself upon arrival when customer opens the package. It is not defective at all.

Cleaning modes
Clean mode
Clean is a 2-minute mode, recommended to be used with intensity level 3. It gives you a thorough and complete clean and is recommended to be used with the Premium Plaque Defense brushhead.
White+ mode
White+ is a 2-minute 40-seconds mode, recommended to be used with intensity level 3and the Premium White brush head.
Gum Health mode
Gum Health is a 3-minute 20-seconds mode, recommended to be used with intensity level 3and the Premium Gum Care brush head.
DeepClean+ mode
DeepClean+ mode length depends on whether or not the handle is connected to the app. In connected mode DeepClean+ runs for two minutes and provides BrushPacer feedback every20 seconds. In non-connected mode DeepClean+ runs for three minutes and provides Brush Pacer feedback every 30 seconds.
TongueCare mode requires 'TongueCare-plus brush head', which was not included in this bundle, but can be purchased separately elsewhere.
3 Intensities
Three intensities allow you to choose between a higher setting to boost your clean and a lower one for more-sensitive mouths.
Brush head replacement reminder
Philips Sonicare Diamondclean Smart toothbrush is equipped with a smart feature that tracks the wear of your brush head. Depending on the pressure you apply and the amount of time used, the brush head replacement reminder light reminds you to change your brush head. It is important to change your brush head in time in order to guarantee the best cleaning & care of your teeth. When the amber brush head replacement light starts blinking, you should replace your brush head.
Use guidance:
1: When you brush your teeth, please do not move it too fast. You just need to let the brush head touch your teeth gently.
2: Full charge: green light. Charging: flash orange to green light, low power-orange light. If the handle has no power, it has to be fully charge for more than 24 hours.
3. Please keep the toothbrush and the charger dry.
4. Regularly replace the rubber ring of waterproof seal. Take off the brushhead after you use.
Charging:
Please put the plastic cover on top of the charger base, then place the toothbrush on top of them to make sure it will be charged properly.
